The displayed items are available to order and can however, be stock-outs. In these cases, the customer will be contacted and checked alternatives within your interest.
Shoes should always be tried indoors and with socks. If shoes/clothing doesn’t fit, please return them in perfect and re-sellable conditions (without being worn) and enclose a note explaining action required.

Customers must pay to return the goods to us. We dispatch the new order at no extra postage cost (just for Portugal and Spain).
Please note: Shipping costs in situations of exchanges in items purchased in sales will be supported by the customer. Unfortunately we currently aren’t able to offer free postage for returns in articles on sale.
Return and Refund
Returns will only be accept when the items have no indications of use or wear, in their original packaging and within 15 days. If the shoes/clothing show any marks of use, we will contact the customer to resend the goods and the associated costs will be at customer own risk.
Products can be exchanged for others of equal or higher value. If the value is higher, the difference will be invoiced. You can exchange for a voucher that can be used in all items and within a maximum period of 30 days.
If the client does not intend to substitute another item, we will refund the order amount by bank transfer (excluding delivery costs) after receiving the article(s) in question and confirmed the conditions of the item(s).
We are not responsible for the return of orders for incomplete/incorrect addresses.
Orders returned because they were not picked up or due to incomplete addresses will be forwarded adding shipping again.
